What to Expect:

Bringing their love of music sacred ceremony and body/energy work to create a sacred self care circle of pampering and transformation for two hours of bliss!

Light your own candle and set your intention during an opening ceremony.

Listen to inspirational music and bliss out during rounds of sacred touch from Nikki and Kaile in an array of anointing of essential oils, massage, holding your hands, feet or hugging with energy work for rejuvenation and relaxation. 

Give yourself space and time to reduce pain, tension and increase emotional well-being.

You will be fully supported to release emotionally or completely allow bliss and relaxation. 

Extra pampering includes red light therapy, and a weighted blanket. 

Share time at the end for final thoughts for each participant.
